In 2014 after completing her UX Certification as a UX Specialist and Designer Susan worked with a Calgary Entrepreneur on his e-commerce site. She took him through the entire process of Developing a business plan, a one liner for his brand, content strategy as well as mapping out his vision for an e-commerce hip hop underwear website including 3-D animations for the product page and a member's only dashboard.
